Bruce Werry

After 10 years as a school principal, Bruce left teaching behind in 1983 to forge a career in Real Estate. That was some 28 years ago. Since then, Bruce has been a forerunner in the industry. He was the first in Australia to create a totally interactive Real Estate Office 24/7 using 1300 'Phone-First' technology. Bruce holds to the philosophy "He who does it first wins" and even now he is the first to list and sell property statewide with a 1.1% selling commission. His proven system enables properties to be marketed across NSW. The results speak for themselves.

Ray Elphick

After 20 + years in the public sector Ray decided on a career change. He completed his Real Estate studies in 1998 and was granted a Real Estate Licence in 2000 and a Business Agents Licence in 2010.
Ray established ShopFront Real Estate in 2006, using multiple shopfront window displays in place of a traditional office, before joining with Bruce Werry in 2011 to sell property and businesses across the state.

Lynn Werry

For over 40 years Lynn has held a number of administrative positions in the far north coast of New South Wales. Currently she holds the position of Administration Officer of a large auto spare parts company in Lismore. Due to her vast experience and expertise with the latest technology and her enormous sphere of influence throughout the region, Lynn will be a great asset in the establishment of State-Wide Realty on the far north coast for the very first time
